Our professional wait staff has been trained to exceed your expectations. They are prepared to answer your questions about our culinary and wine offerings at AZUR. AZUR restaurant & patio was designed after European establishments providing the feel of being in a different place without leaving Lexington. Customers often comment that they don’t feel like they’re in a strip center in Lexington. The walls are bold blues and greens with curves throughout. The interior space flows outside through three sets of French doors onto the elegant stone bordered brick patio. Weather permitting, the patio is opened. During fair weather, musicians entertain our guests with a variety of music including blues, pop, Mtown, jazz and classical on Friday and Saturday evenings.

AZUR has two chefs (Jeremy Ashby, Executive Chef and Miguel Rivas, Chef) from different culinary backgrounds which drive the creativity of the menu as well as the daily specials. Their creations have won awards as well as delighted our patrons. AZUR offers dishes composed of local meats, vegetables and produce whenever possible and is a member of Kentucky Proud. We realize that you want choices; and we offer an extensive variety including wild boar, veal, bison, elk, salmon, tuna and scallops.

Poor service. Food that was just alright and a loud and aggressive manager. When a table full of mature ladies complained that the outdoor heaters weren’t working, he diidn’t apologize, but rather treated them like they were a lot of trouble. I just didn’t like the vibe.
